Welcome to the Show
“What YOU Heard” with Morgan Goodlander is a talk show and podcast sponsored by the GET Institute,
focused on authentic dialogue and in-depth conversations. Centering on a wide variety of topics concerning
personal and social transformation, the show pays particular attention to the experiential nature of reality
and the role of expanding consciousness in empowering our everyday lives at home and at work.
The name “What YOU Heard” was inspired by the recognition of confirmation bias. Our ears are not passive instruments;
they are active tools that select and connect the words and sentences that seem most valid based on our past experiences.
We hear what we listen for, and when we listen for the past, we are destined to relive it. When we listen for the future,
we are destined to find it.
